Dig-Dug is a 1982 maze video game by Namco and the first game in the Dig-Dug series, which made its debut in arcades and was later released for the Famicom.

Known as Famicom Mini: Dig-Dug, Nintendo would publish a Japan-only port of the game for Game Boy Advance, in 2004.

Gameplay

The player controls Dig Dug through a maze and he is able to dig through the ground. Dig Dug will encounter Pookas and Fygar enemies, which he must inflate to destroy. Once all enemies are defeated, the next map will begin.
