Done. That page as a whole needs a major update though. I might get around to it later on.

Does the existing spam accounts will get deleted?

It's possible, but very time-consuming. It took me a week to take out literally over 9000 spam accounts on F-Zero Wiki, so I don't recommend it unless you have a lot of free time, or you really want to get rid of the inflated user count. If anyone still wants to delete them, PM me and I'll give you instructions.

Looks like the same sort of thing we got on F-Zero Wiki a few months ago. I recommend Asirra, that killed them for us.

I think it's because people aren't really sure what to do there. No-one ever came to any reasonable conclusion about the wiki's scope, which at present almost seems to change on a case by case basis. I'm not even sure what's supposed to go there. I think part of it was to cover any and all games published by Nintendo, but why would people go to NintendoWiki for, say, Pokémon info, when Bulbapedia has better, more in-depth info?

Also, Wikibound, and other sites hosted by Tacopill, are currently down due to server errors. He's hoping to have them back up by the weekend.

Because, the last time anyone else even looked at this thread, they didn't exist yet.

From my own experience, I'd say WP is more user-friendly than iOS, at least when the Live Tiles bother working properly, but iOS is the undisputed king in the apps market (despite Apple's stupid $100/year developer licence). But the walled-garden ecosystems of iOS and WP kills both for me. iOS has jailbreaking to alleviate this to some extent, but in a country where broadband availability is shit (sorry, but there is no other word to describe it), I regularly need my phone at weekends to download college files from the Internet and transfer them to my computer. So I regularly have to go back to my six-year-old Nokia E51 for that, which can be a pain. Next phone, I'll probably go for an Android (or possibly Ubuntu, depending on price/availability).

It isn't official, and we can't lay claim to being Nintendo's official wiki. At present, they probably don't know or care about NintendoWiki, but if they did happen across it, us claiming to be their "official" wiki site isn't going to go down well.

The BBC website, there are usually plenty of interesting articles on there, particularly the BBC Future section. None of that Twatter or MyFace rubbish for me (though YouTube isn't too bad)

Also, is it just me, or are some of the poll option groupings too... broad? I don't see Wikipedia and FaceBook being in the same category
