and i consider smash bros a pokemon game, mario game, metroid game, etc.

It's a tie between Prime and Prime 2. Prime had the better area, but I liked Prime 2's final boss and story more than the first one. :/
Prime 3 was just random crap in my opinion. >_>

Totally agree. The first two primes were amazing. If they had modern graphics it'd be pretty damned nice.

So many good games to choose from... While Super Metroid are Metroid Prime are the best in the series in my opinion, I'd say Metroid Prime 2 is my favorite.

I liked Other M, Super Metroid, and Metroid Prime 1 and 2. 3 was confusing, but good. :P
I blame the economy.
