Yes! I can get more shinies! Soon, nothing will stop me from being the best that no one ever was. To catch them is my real quest, to train them is my cause. I will travel across the land, searching far and wide...
But yeah, I'm psyched for these events.

Got meself four shiny Raikou today ;D
edit: wow celebi event ends before the games come out lol. There was another event that did that not sure what it was.
The games come out March 6th. The event ends on the 7th >.>

I don't get Pokémon from events. I'm a more casual trainer.
Then you cant get zoura or Zoroark in the game (only through GTS) or when when NA get the Zoroark that know bark out.

eh, kind of became pointless after 3rd gen. 600+ is way too many collectibles.

I agree with that
Not if you import everything you've collected from the earlier generations...
even so.
in the third gen, I have over 1000 individual Pokemon (including over 30 zizagoon). And I can, at most, transfer 12 a day (if i recall correctly). That's over a 2 months of transferring, assuming optimal transfer rates.
Come to think of it, i should start transferring 3rd gen to 4th gen again. I do eventually want all of them in my 5th gen game(s).

and you can get the beast anywhere now with the wifi i think
which beast? i was unaware that was a type or class of Pokemon.

the first week is raikou
the second week is entei
the third week is suicune
all shiny
they are back to back each week. (raikou ends the 13 then entei starts etc.)
