Oh, and there are three, so the question is wrong. As mentioned, the Gligar line and then that one genie Legendary.

It could be persian (his top pet), or one of the pokemon he used in the battle against Gary:  Nidoking, Golem, or Kingler.

Surely there are plenty, almost all Poison-type Pokémon would taste bad, but I'm assuming there is a Pokémon whose Pokédex entry specifically states it.

No. It's been shown to taste bad in the anime at least twice.
