I prefer Brawl, it's replay value is amazing

Tina

I've only really played Brawl extensively-  I have N64!SSB, but I am downright horrible at it. Trying to unlock Ness on it (he's sort of my main on Brawl, so I figure I would try him out; also OMG YEY ERFBOUND.) is a nightmare for me. D8

I had Melee for a while, but I don't remember playing it much and I'm not sure where my copy went (sold? idk). I kinda want to try playing it now, though, since I'm starting to get way more into SSB.

But yeah, Brawl's my favorite. I've been playing it quite a bit lately, although it's more of a for-fun thing rather than anything competitive. ...and yaaaaaay Lucas.

Brawl is my favorite because Lucas is my favorite character. It's also the one I've played the most so I'm sure there's a big bias right there.

Brawl, because I'm a competitive smasher and play it on a near daily basis for some practice. The physics and character balancr are downright awful though.

Melee has nostalgia for me, but I find Brawl significantly more accessible.

Also Mr. Game & Watch became unterrible and they added R.O.B., both of which are major pros.

Srsbsns is always lurking (?_?)

Melee is nostalgic, and I occasionally play it. Brawl, however, is basically an improvement over Brawl. The soundtrack, characters(but no Roy and Mewtwo  >:(), atages, trophies {should've been more Zelda trophy variety then solely TP and TWW, nearly no OoT/MM trophies........}

I like Brawl, because Ike is in it. I also like using Luigi.

I accidentally clicked on Melee. That's what you get when your so tired but you can't get to sleep. I'm posting this at 3:00 a.m. :(
I blame the economy.

Melee. Not only did I start the series with it, but it had things Brawl didn't have. Including Roy and Mewtwo. Sure Brawl had Stage Builder and those things, but Melee really stressed the whole fighting thing, though its Adventure Mode wasn't as good as the Subspace Emissary.

Please give me internets! So much less bulkier than those eggs.

Brawl is the obvious winner. The amount of characters, stages, unlockables etc. The storyline could have been a bit better I think but hey! The bosses are tough and it took me ages to beat Tabuu.

It's Brawl for me, I enjoy the more requirement for cerebral skill, and the less requirement for fast fingers. While Brawl isn't a balanced game, Melee wasn't either, and imo, Brawl has better balance, even if it does have Meta Knight.

Depends, I really like the 3, however I see them in different lights:

The first one was more fun becuse the engine wasn't that serious and it introduces us into franchises that we didn't knew were part of Nintendo.
The second one is the best in terms of memorabilia but in play it was too glitchy (specially with the tournament people, wave-dashing shouldn't be permited!)
The third one is the best in gameplay, I liked how they made it more complex yet more like the first one. However my biggest bone to pic is that the part of memorabilia was aweful, most of the trophies were more advertisement for new or upcoming games rather than a good trip through the past. Not saying it's a bad thing, just that more balance between those two would be appreciated.
