What is your Favorite 3rd Party Game?

Naesala

Dragon Quest, Banjo-Kazooie (before nuts and bolts) and Trauma Center.

TurtwigA

Wasn't Banjo-Kazooie (before being sold to Microsoft/Nuts and Bolts) a second party though?

Please give me internets! So much less bulkier than those eggs.

Help spread the word about the word smorent! Definition: [smohrent] adj. fluffy. In a sentence: that bear is very smorent.

Well, that depends on your understanding of my question.......

Banjo-Kazooie, at the Time of it's original release, was a 2nd party game. But since it's moved to X-Box, it's more like 4th or 5th party, since we probably won't see it on a Nintendo console anytime soon. (The re-releases are 2nd party X-Box games, as far as i know).

Now, to clarify, my question is "What is your Favorite 3rd Party Game that appears on a Nintendo system?" this can be formerly third-party franchises; franchises that were 1st- or 2nd-party, and are now 3rd party.

For this thread, The important thing is: It's on Nintendo Hardware.

Aside from Dragon Warrior/Quest VII and VIII, all of those are on Nintendo platforms.

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, the Megaman Battle Network games, I'll add more when I think of them.

Rune Factory 2. Amazing game, although I never finished it (game was just too hard for me).

I love Sonic Adventure 2: Battle!!! Anyways, I am not sure currently. I will have to look at my collection.

I'll have to agree with Sonic Adventure 2.  ;D It was a very rewarding experience finally unlocking the Green Hill Zone...good stuff!

Hmmm...since people are listing various favorite games and not just THE favorite game, I'll say Donkey Kong Country (all of them ;p), Tales of Symphonia, and Crystal Chronicles. <3

This

Also Mega Man and Call of Duty. Metal Gear Solid as well, it counts. It was on the GBC, GCN, and 3DS. And Snake was in Brawl. IT COUNTS DAMMIT.

Mmmm Final Fantasy 4 and Kingdom Hearts 2 (not the second game, the first one. The 2 means "too" for all the dumbholes out there).
I blame the economy.

GoldenEye 007 is pretty nice as well.

It's the best one.

Well, Kingdom Hearts 2 was terrible. Just like A Link to the Past. Sequels aren't always better, contrary to popular belief. Don't kill me for saying those games were bad.
I blame the economy.

Are you saying that A Link to the Past, one of if not THE greatest Zelda game ever is terrible?

No, it's just my least favorite. And no it's not near the greatest. That belongs to MM or Link's Awakening.
I blame the economy.
