What Is Your Favorite Thing About Team Rocket?

Jessie and James [+ 1 Meoth]
Meoth's "Boss Fantasies"
Team Rocket Mottos
None Of The Above (Explain)
I'm Not A Team Rocket Fan

Prepare for trouble!

They're lame, usually without money, and quite persistent if nothing else: they are Jesse and James of Team Rocket.  While other members of Team Rocket, such as Box... Birch... Butch and Casity are more professinal: you got to love their screw ups.  From Meowth's "Boss Fantasies", to the times they actually got Pikachu only to lose it once more... get ready to [win the] fight.

The "Look's like Team Rocket's blasting off again!" phrase never gets old for me.

Man, that must suck. :)

Gamefreak75

LOL, I remember that episode, but nothing beats Pikachu's Thunderbolt. I can't believe they didn't die (or haven't died).

It's Pokemon, an anime for children... why would anything end up dying?

Gamefreak75

Well, obviously its an anime for children (and teenagers >_>). I'm just saying that if it was in real life.
...You have to get used to me saying some stupid comment once in a while.

ANIME IS REAL I TELL YA! (:P)

They sometimes end up getting stuck... hanging from a tree branch and then fall off from the height of the branch... but they are usually not that lucky.

Gamefreak75

When is Team Rocket ever lucky! Or any villain (or some) in general. I'm actually surprised that Team Rocket never gets old for me, although it angers me when they get blasted off to early, like right at the beginning of the episode. I don't think that they are naturally evil, just misguided souls.

[Talking a little about luck:]

I've always wondered how they got out of some of the situations at the end of some of the Pokemon movies.  But, not all are impoosible to get out of.

An example of a not-so-impossible situation is at the end of Mewtwo strikes back, with them being trapped on an unknown island.  It is possible that they got on a helicopter/ship to get off, but by that time Giovanni already hates them and would likely want them to stay there.

[Were they trapped in the past/future in Pokemon 4 ever, or where they in the present?]

Gamefreak75

It has been a while since I've seen that movie. Another situation if I remember correctly was during the first season. I think the episode was Attack of the Prehistoric Pokemon. At the end, they were caved underground by huge rocks and were trapped with several Kabuto, Kabutops, Omanyte, Omastar, and a carnivorous Aerodactyl. My question is, why do they always get into these situations. I actually feel pity for them most of the time. :/

You would think that after all this time of failing, that Giovanni would stop giving them money to make contraptions which will only survive for ten minutes maximum.  They aren't even part of Team Rocket, so you would think he would try to get rid of them.  But, no matter what happens they are still up and about as long as they have food.

Gamefreak75

I'm pretty sure food is all they actually care about, rather than stealing Pikachu. What's odd is that they want that specific Pikachu when they can always catch something 10x better, like a Bidoof Magikarp. I mean, Jessie has a Wobbuffet and a Yanmega, both pretty powerful Pokemon.

Member#36

They don't seem as interested in Pkiachu anymore.  While they would steal it given the chance, they have been following the "twerps" to get newer and better Pokemon among other things.

Gamefreak75

It's about time too! They seem be better at stalking rather than stealing.

Biff or Bob or Bill or Buffy or Butch?

Gamefreak75

I completely forgot about that guy. What was his name again? I'm pretty sure it was Buffy.

Not sure about you, but I've always found the Team Rocket's base soundtrack kind of creepy, due to some of the high-pitched notes.

Gamefreak75

I thought it suited them rather well. I like their old motto, though their new motto is alright.

Member#36

I never doupted that it suited them, as I think it does.  Their newest motto is crap, though everyone was likely getting tired of their old ones.

Gamefreak75

Yeah, it kinda was. I like how stupid Ash and the others are when they don't notice Team Rocket in disguise. It makes me want to slap them across their face! >.< And it creeped me out when James had "woman parts"...O_o
