Wiki Reference Discussion I/Updates

SMB

I don't exactly know what to put up for the MediaWiki one, but I think the "agents" idea is pretty good.

(Credit to Edofenrir for making it.)

The MediaWiki thread is done and has been editing to only hold the needed information.  Now, back to how to improve the board....

Currently working on getting the "Quality" thread finished, but first the wiki owners have to reach a consensus about the actual standards.

Axiomist

You should give the references 100% and have a post with links to each member's policy pages.

Somewhere I heard that "NIWA standards" is an iffy subject.  If there won't be any, or something, the board can probably be made public now....

Member#36

Alright, after many days of procrastination and actual life, I believe I have finished the Editors' Test article.  I am going to post in right after this. :)

Member#36

Requested for this board to be made public... it's only a matter or time now!

Tucayo

I can make it public. Just, which topics do we keep private, if any?

Member#36

Just the thread entitled "Article Quality" needs to be moved to the staff forums.

The board has finally been made public after many months, it has a new describtion no longer involving me, and.... [some other third thing.]

Have fun with your new board, dudes and dudettes.

Right then, how about we get some new posts in this board?!  I can't force you, but if we don't... then this board may be deleted. :O

Nah, no one would delete an useful board just cause it's not very active.

I just noticed this, even though this was supposed to be done from the beginning of the board's launch: the board has been locked from further thread making.  This means exactly what you would think... so if you have an idea of how to improve one of the reference threads, and/or have an idea for another thread... please talk to an admin.

Member#36

This thread no longer needs to be here... especially for the new Wiki References board.
