Some disguises (such as that one of Jessie as Nurse Joy) are actually good.  However, how they fail to see Meowth in some of his disguises is beyond me.  Though it is a kids' show, and it supposed to be for the humour value... they should still know by now.

I though they would recognize their voices (although sometimes they change it). I also though they were poor, but they seem to somehow have a wardorbe of clothes (unless they steal them). I also believe Wobbuffet became a popular Pokemon because of Team Rocket's Wobbuffet. If I remember correctly, Wobbuffet was one of the mascots of the Pokemon Shop when Nintendo use to have it online.

They finally figured them out!  [Skip to 1:30]

Gamefreak75

They had a lucky guess. I don't think their motto or the giant letter R on their props gave it away. >_> And dear lord at 2:55....O_o I'm scarred for life...

Ah yes, the banned episode clip.

So, what about their tactics?  I remember when they used to dig holes in the ground to "trap" the twerps.

Gamefreak75

That was the good ol' fashion days. Now they have the money to buy high-tech equipments with anti-electric proof interior or millions of hands, which always blows up and sends them blasting off again. I wish Nintendo would show the banned episodes, even the Electric Soldier Porygon episode. I think it's a shame that Nintendo doesn't show Porygon, Porygon2, or PorygonZ in the anime. :/ I think most of the episodes were banned because of weapons and "sexual references" like the aformentioned Beauty and the Beach episode.

I remember when they had a machine which was water, fire, and electric proof... but it had a clear weakness (an open spot to destroy a major joint), rendering it useless.

Gamefreak75

There is always a flaw to every great plan. I wonder how many times they've blasted off...

Member#36

It is possible that they "blasted off" so many times that it's a negative number?

the old voices sound so weird after all these years of the new ones

I thought the changes of their voices was smoother than that of Ash's... but perhap I was wrong.

it's just after watching the D/P series for so long then watching the early episodes the voices sound strange by comparison

Gamefreak75

I definitley see he differences in Meowth's voice the most. I also like how in the D/P series, they added more boss fantasies. They are just completely random like abusing a Jigglypuff for its music or something like a Vespiquen for unlimited amounts of honey.

James has never seemed to be good with Pokemon.  His partner Pokemon always seme to want to hug him, eat him, blow smoke in his face, and other such things.

But he did have an interesting ability with his feet.

Gamefreak75

I dunno, I guess his Pokemon love him a lot. I love how in the D/P episodes, when TR blasts off, Wobbuffet comes out of its Pokeball just to say "Wobba" and then disappear.

Evolution Kick

By Kicking the opponent, it forces them to evolve to the next stage.

In the anime

Used by James on Magikarp to become Gyrados in EP015 and Mankey to Become Primeape in EP025.

:D it's a fun ability.

Hell, I would use it on someone more useful like on a Gabite.

Gamefreak75

I'd use it on a Voltorb if it didn't explode!
