Here is an expanding list of Flipnotes I will be posting, I will be posting no more than one per day, and my voice acting for Crash Bandicoot Characters can be hilarious, and my timing for visual gags can be perfect.

If you listen to the flipnote, you'll hear a voice of a character that I'm too embarrassed to reveal that I did the voice acting to, so if you want to know my deep dark secret character, that I'm embarrassed to have been able to do a voice that sounds somewhat like, -er, that person, listen to my flipnote on the Crash Bandicoot Channel, search command: Left, X, Y, Down, X, Y,

Gosh I hope you're kidding, you have owned a DSi before, right?
You can create cartoons, and even Anime style animations, with a DSi touch screen, (It's much better with an XL) but It's not available for 3DS yet; you'd probably buy a 3DS before you'd buy a DSi...
Nintendo support staff have been curculating rumors of a Flipnote Studio for 3DS...
It is said to be more advanced, but nothing else is said, they are just technical support after all...
...But their supers are telling them rumors, is this a strategic leak to make the 3DS more popular?
