Favorite Generation

So what's your favorite generation? For a long time, I was very neutral. And then suddenly, I noticed I liked the third generation the best. I really like the plot of the games, though the teams were a bit weird.

Gen 2 was my favorite. Fixed many of the bugs in Gen 1, and had some amazing new features.

Generation III, please~

First game I played (Ruby), my favorite region and Pokemon (Hoenn), and FRLG's starting to grow on me as well. Emerald's also my favorite out of all of the Pokemon games.

I don't know. Don't blame me! Gen V looks the best to me! And the Pokémon look awesome! My faves are Monozu and Jiheddo. Mainly because they are part of an epic-looking psuedo legendary and that they look emoish Gen I is my least fave because of the Pokémon designs. ESPECIALLY because of Jynx and Mr. Mime. The ridicoulous thing is that the Pokemon is called MISTER  Mime, yet I found a FEMALE in Platinum and I named it Mrs. Mime. I found Mime Jr. to look way better than its parent. And for Jynx.....ya'll shall know.

I disliked generation 1 for one reason:

*Its lack of polish
*It's underdeveloped, even for Game Boy standards.

OK, then 2 reasons.
I like Gen. 3 because of:

*The music
*The AWESOME plot
*The many areas to visit and many sidequests

All come together to create the perfect games.

Why'd you have to say it? I was trying so hard to keep it from being said, and now pigs are flying everywhere! Now a Missingno. is destroying the city too!

But on forums, Generation III is really liked. It's just that people who are high in the forums usually just put a bunch of hate to it from what I've seen.

Gen III. best memories, best region (Hoenn), i just love the music and the characters and i think it introduced the best new Pokémon. glad to see so much love for third gen here

That is true, and I'm glad to see Isshu used some of them.

Now I'm waiting for remakes of Ruby and Sapphire. I expect a lot from those if they are made.

Generation II is my favorite, but Gen IV is a close second.
Granted, Gen II is also when I grew bored of Pokemon, which didn't revive until I found a bundle pack of Ruby+Sapphire+Game Guide at Target. So the 3rd Generation brought me back to the games, and eventually drew me into the online community.
