From what I know about CT's, you are supposed to post [inportant] events in your life which you want others to know about-as in a birthday.
However, I don't think anyone did that yet even though we have several posts made. Do whatever you like as long as they are within the rules, this thread's purpose is not on a strict path [for now.]

As far as I understand, you can talk about pretty much everything as long as you don't forget to apply common sense (i.e. no spam, no pornography, no advertising (talking about other pages is ok, but don't post things like "Go to this page111"), no clicking buttons more than once, no loafing, no using smileys, no funny hats, no loud breathing, no running, no walking, no standing, no complaining about anything, no whistling, no dancing, ... I think I got carried away...)
Anyway, just the first three things I mentioned.

It still has a Wikipedia link for Metroid Prime, I'll go change it (my first ZeldaWiki edit :D) BTW, linking to Metroid Wiki appears to vary between wikis. One has the prefix "meow", haha. ZW uses "mew" (so linking to Metroid Prime is done by typing [[mew:Metroid Prime|Metroid Prime]].)

About the Metroid Wiki links line of discussion... MEOW works bc MW could be Mario Wiki, Metroid Wiki, Media Wiki,etc... :laugh:
Anyway, I think ZW is going to have a lot of links that need to be updated, everything in the Mario category, cameos pages(2), and whatever pages contain information on those cameos. I've never played Animal Crossing, so I can't do this, but I'm told many of the Treasures (http://www.wikirby.info/wiki/Treasure) refer to AC. I've asked them to prioritize the articles we could link to, hoping that helps bring in a bit more traffic to help them.

I still don't understand how ace attonery can qualify, since it is a Capcom, not a Nintendo, series

Actually, I think I remember when the icons were missing, and there were only dates for when they'd be revealed. But right now it's more intense since I've been getting more involved.... October 1 seems like a long time from now!

Edit - on second check, the order of the other wikis has changed... The original three wikis are now all in a row, unlike before when all was in alphabetical order - Bulbapedia, Metroid Wiki, Super Mario Wiki, Wars Wiki, WiKirby, and Zeldapedia. So maybe it's only a red herring...

Not to worry about the Ws. Although we get screwed on placement in that page, the bar on top gives us prime linking real estate! WiKirby and Wars Wiki will come out ahead as others are inserted in the mix.

Although i am suppose to be on hiatus from wiki's while on a trip, i decided to check out the new member last night. After waiting 20 mins - 1 hr, and refreshing the page every 5 mins, i come to see that today's new member.... is Lylat Wiki.... :eekdance: .....
thank you to whomever supported our membership :D on the staff. I hope we can live up to the levels of Bulbapedia, Super Mario Wiki and ZeldaWiki.org (scaled back a little, since Star Fox is an infinitely more smaller series than Pokemon, Mario or the Legend of Zelda).

So the second one is Pikipedia! Pretty cool. So it appears that they moved off of Wikia almost a month ago.
When I hover over the link the hover text is still "Wars Wiki", and the link is broken; it goes to a Comcast search page. Yet when I search it on Google and go to the non-Wikia wiki I can access it. Strange...

I'm not saying that it is a bad thing; it's a very good thing that NIWA is growing. I don't know why, but I find it somewhat weird. And hopefully there won't be a time when the bar takes over the whole page. I mean we're now at 12 wikis, with 4 wikis trying to join, not counting the to-join wiki and counting DK wiki. That would put the total to 16, and even more considering the second-party series and other first party ones like F-Zero. I don't know, I guess the garden is just hitting a time of prosperity.

Also, we've made plans to resurrect an F-Zero Wiki, with some NIWA people serving as Admins till the time to go independent is near.

Animal Crossing and Glitch Cities "Project Phoenix" are two, and the ones you mentioned are the others.

Do you remember the Number Awards last year? They gave out awards to all the best numbers. If I recall correctly, 911. But 7 didn't take that well, so, near the end, 789. But 9 was nothing compared to 4 because 416! But 4 was good about it and gave 123. After that, 5 was sad. So 8 won 345 and he felt much better!

I wore the dress, lipstick, and berettes for the first time at a "Best Cosplay" contest (dressed like Peach) and a second as a prank (had to wear it in public for half a day) and a few other instances, and I wore makeup for a Halloween costume several times (and it wasn't some kind of vampire/monster costume or something). Sometimes I also wear the dress for no reason (but not in public lol).

I've had make up put on me as part of a bet with a friend. Apparently my friend made a wager with my girlfriend at the time that he'd wear makeup if I agreed to wear make up. He *deeply* underestimated how much I love to see people suffer.

Have you ever played through it? It has fun battles, a great storyline, a deep connection to all of the characters in the game, LOL humor (even if it is mostly adult), OK graphics, awesome music, and great controls. And that's just in a nutshell. Mother 3 is even (slightly) better.

Aiko, this isn't the place to complain how "horrible" NIWA Staff is. If you want to do that, post it in either the suggestions thread, or the how to improve NIWA thread. (Correct me if one is more for this type of conversation). Or, as a third option, you can give a PM explaining your feelings to another staff member, preferably an active staff member, a global mod, or an admin.
Anyways, in a short time of only four hours (:O), I've went from not knowing anything about binomial distribution probability to being an expert at it. I wasted two hours looking it up, which didn't help me at all, then another two hours doing several problems of it. ...Figured out that if the P(> or = to 3), which I will make 0.43... then P(<3) = (1-0.43). What a shortcut, that's all I can say. Of course, getting that 0.43 is the tedious part.

1) Makes it easier to transfer files to the ipod.
2) Each of the iPod and labtop can do things the other can't.

It's not really that hard to transfer files to a phone... or at least on Android it works exactly the same as a flash drive. And can charge it too. Not sure what complicated shenanigans iPhones or other phones have to go through.
I've seen that commercial before, though. Definitely wasn't an iPod/Phone.

you have this white cable, that you need to hook up between the iPod and the Laptop. It gets lost.... quite easily.
Having a docking station built in to the laptop removes the need for it.

Anyway. If nothing happens, please email the NIWA coordinator, Xizor, and he will see what he can do on the issue.

That paragraph from Wikipedia is encouraging me to start a small collection of monster-raising RPGs, a lot of people call series like Fossil Fighters, Robopon and Telefang "Pokémon ripoffs" but I find that insulting. Nintendogs is a Cabbage (http://www.nindb.net/system/nintendo-64/cancelled.html) clone by that logic.
