I personally think XD is better. (Starmen6 used Protect!)

I've only played XD, unfortunately, and I'm not finished, either, so am I qualified to vote? But I have seen someone playing Colosseum at least.
I think I like XD, based on what I know... for the fact that you don't have someone following you all the time. Jovi does follow Michael around sometimes, but besides that, that's it. Also because the character sprites look better. At least for the main characters. Rui looks kind of like a goldfish to me.
And I like XD001! Although I haven't played up to that part. :P

I prefer Colosseum's music over XD's, but XD has better graphics.

Colosseum for me. Better lead character, better plot, and everything felt grittier (in a good way)

Pokemon 3D : Gale of darkness, Lady at reception counter gives out Bonsly,
Pokemon Colloseum 3D : Past and Present, allows time travel through certain points in the game, by using Islex Forest Shrine after Purifying all Shadow Pokemon, to capture Pokemon used by Cipher one year in the Past, where player meets XD character's Father, and 3-4 years in the Future, where Player obtains Aura Reader, Character and Rui both confused why the guy says they've met before.
Over 10 new Shadow Pokemon including Zoroark, Purugly, Stunky, Giratina, and XD442 Spiritomb,
XD002 Giratina Shadow Form anyone?

xd had a playable character from gen 4 (bonsly) and more shadow pokemon, a purifing minigame, and a better way of catching shadow pokemon that never got captured.

Wait, is this Colosseum 3D a fan game idea? Sounds pretty interesting but this is about XD or the real Colosseum... anyway, what's your opinion?

I don't see how Bonsly really affects the quality that much. More shadow is definitely a plus, though!
The purifying chamber wasn't much of a minigame... but it was still creative. And I haven't gotten that far, so how do you catch uncaught shadow pokémon?!
