It got infested with viruses and it keeps complaining that EVERY
website is harmful to my computer. Now I am forced to use the Internet on my Wii. So here I am typing on my Wii...My computer keeps sending me to a site asking for credit card details so I can buy virus protection. I don't know if I can edit wikis anymore. My computer doesn't even let me use Safe Mode, one of its programs I actually used to FIX my computer! So yeah, pretty much it...I'm not expecting anyone to give credit card details though! :angel:

If you can manged to get someone to burn you an Ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com/) disk you could at least make use of the LiveCD functionality to use the internet even if you don't have much access to your old stuff.

My computer-savvy sister did fix my computer by booting Ubuntu on it once... but I don't exactly know how she did it.
Maybe you could ask your parents or a computer-savvy friend to boot Ubuntu on your computer.

I do have a friend who knows what to do. Meanwhile, I'm stuck creating stuff for my PokéFanon Wikkii. I've created 25 Pokémon so far. I also created northern versions of Shellos and Gastrodon. Sucks editing wikis on the Wii...

When I downloaded the Internet Channel a few days ago (my Wii broke, I bought a new one, and I didn't bother to download it until then), it said you could use a Wii Remote or a "standard USB keyboard". So I guess it would work.
Would a wireless Logitech USB keyboard work?

I don't know if a wireless one would work. But i don't think it would hurt to try it out.

I never thought of using a USB Keyboard. Maybe I should get it for Christmas. Then I could just use it for AC:CF once my laptop's fixed. I also found out I have ONE virus that says I have many viruses. It blocks off EVERY site except for a site where I can buy the trickster's software to "safely" remove the "viruses". I must enter credit card details so they STEAL the credit card. Should I just trust Best Buy and pay $200 to get my computer as one of my 3 wanted Christmas presents (Piano, finding my lost puppies *sniff*, and computer fixed)?

Please to avoid this, only use Mac computers. they will VERY rarely get a virus, bug, worm, or cookie
