No Mario game? Wow, hoping the US launch has some better games.

Also 3DS battery life will only be between 3-8 hours.

You heard me. It's sad, but expected, I mean the WiFi will always be on and the 3D effects will drain the battery.

(It'll be up to 5 hours on a 3DS game and 8 for a DS one, this is without the back light).

I frigging hope they release a 3DS Lite with a battery life of at least the original DS. >.<

The only Nintendo console to launch with a Zelda title was the Wii, I think.

Which is why i said Both Zelda and Mario. Wii was the first Nintendo Home or Handheld console (that i know of) to have no Mario title at its launch.

It was also the first one to have a Zelda Title at launch.

For what reason? It's a mario game, even if it's a spinoff.

How do you know? Maybe I actually was stuck in a painting :P

Whatever. This time it's only Nintendogs + Cats, which is most definitely not Mario nor Zelda.

What? Nintendo revealed a lot of games for the 3DS at E3. Was that for the American release, or just "games to expect in the first year"? Hmm... I may do what I normally do for consoles: hold off on buying until there are 3 must-have games.

I think they are "games to expect in the first year" ...... or they could be American Releases.

Either way, the Japanese release titles don't have to be the American release titles.....I think....

They don't. (Probably will be though, maybe with a few more titles released in the month between Japan and America release)

Yea, if there is only a month between the two, then it would make sense for the American to be the Japanese plus a few more.

The one I'd want is Bolded. That's why I'm waiting to get my 3DS. I don't wanna pay $250 for one game and the 3DS.

you answered the question before we could.

Is anyone else suspecting that OoT3DS and SF643DS are the beginning of a pattern?

I'm guessing that Nintendo might whip up some other graphically enhanced remakes of N64 games.

I hope not. I don't want this system to end up filled to the brim with remakes...

Well, not completely filled with remakes. But Nintendo has been releasing remakes/prots/etc. on every console they have made since the Original NES and Gameboy; and they are probably not going to stop now.

Coming soon to the Nintendo 5DS: Super Mario Galaxy Ultra-HiFi Holographic Explosion!

More seriously, I don't mind remakes. I'd love to see a remake for the original Wario Land. If you want new material, there's a good amount of incredible third party games.

Also long as it doesn't go overboard; i don't mind them either.
