Mine is OoT. It's amazing.
-
MM. No question.
-
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Some consider it a cheap knock-off of Ocarina of Time, some complain about it's three day system. For me however it is the greatest of them all. The atmosphere is great; never has a town in a Zelda game so vivid. The three-day system allows the inhabitants of Clock Town to have their own daily businesses. I like games with so many details.
Majora's Mask has touched me deep inside. The game is just awesome.

I never really understood why people hated on the three-day system, and it is a close second among zelda games for me, followed by a link to the past.
I actually find it hard to explain why i prefered OoT, i just liked it more.

Most people who complain about it probably didn't even play long enough to lift the Deku curse on Link and discover the Inverted Song of Time which allows you to slow down time significantly. So they begin, dawdle (time flows a little faster during the first play-through), die, get frustrated, and hate the entire game for it. I'm not saying there aren't people who just don't like the game for a reason, but I'm talking about the annoying haters.
Oh, and it's not like I don't like OoT. It's one of my favourites, along with TWW. :P
-
I guess, but Zelda games usually involve having a LOT of patience, so the haters are probably people who expect the game to start off easily and have a nice little playthrough
-
Majora's Mask, definitely.
-
Twilight Princess. I like Wind Waker almost as much as TP. And that's it for the Zelda games I have.
-
to me its a toss up between Ocarina and Twilight Princess
-
My default favourite is Majora's Mask, but I have a soft spot for Wind Waker, too.
-
Since Zelda Twilight Princess was the 1st Zelda game I played when I was old enough to get it ::), it would have to be my favorite. :eekdance:
-
I'm guessing that it's safe to say that Majora's Mask and OoT are the two favorites here.
-
No Wand of Gamelon, Faces of Evil, or Zelda's adventure on the poll?

What are you talking about *edits*, it's there....

Well, that way you could also ask why Link's Crossbow Training and Freshly Picked: Tingle's Rosy Rupee Land aren't on there.
-
It's a tie between Ocarina of Time and Link to the Past for me.
-
Link's Awakening/Link to the Past
-
Spirit Tracks, with Twilight Princess at a close second. Not sure why I like ST, probably that Link has a profession that is actually useful to game play. Sure, Twilight-Princess-Link is a shepherd(or is it goat-herd?), but other than in the tutorial stages of the game and a heart piece, it's pretty much used only for bragging rights.
-
Majora's Mask easily. :)
-
Majora's Mask.

I feel that this should be stickied. If any other staff or admin disagrees, feel free to de-sticky the topic.
-
I have just played Ocarina of Time, so I think you can guess my vote :P
-
This is a tough one. It's either between Faces of Evil or Wand of Gamelon...:/
-
[Why haven't I voted yet?]
Out of all the Zelda games I've played [ALTTP, LA, OoT, MM, MC, OoA, OoS, TP and ST]... I hold OoT and MM closest to my heart.
-
Ocarina of Time will always have a special place in my heart and Wind Waker comes in close second.
-
It's so hard to choose. So many of them are awesome. I suppose I could say Twilight Princess, it was epic. But Wind Waker was very unique. And of course Ocarina of Time is just timeless. Majora's Mask has major replay value. Don't even get me started on the highly addictive handhelds.... AHHHH! Why do I have to choose? :eekdance:
[explodes]
-
Majora's Mask. Hands down.
-
I liked all of the 3D games, and I also liked Link's Awakening, Link to the Past, the original, and Zelda II. But my
all time favorite is Majora.
-
It was a tough choice between OoT and LttP, but for nostalgia sake, having by far my favorite incarnation of Ganondorf, and for having imo the best/most epic final boss fight in any video game I played, I chose OoT. Though LttP provided the greatest challenge, and of course, has the most temples (huge plus for me). These are also the only Zelda games I played through to completion more than once.
The Zelda games since these and MM were far too easy for me, and their bosses imo aren't as good and memorable as the ones of OoT and LttP were (WW's bosses were a huge downer for me).
-
Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland needs to be added.

it's not really a Zelda game, it's a Tingle game
-
i would have to say ocarina of time but i cant wait to see skyward sword.
-
I'd have to say The Wind Waker. The plot was very well thought out, in my opinion.
Call me crazy, but I actually enjoyed sailing too. :P
