So much kanji T_T
Well I can't translate most of this, but here's my minuscule contribution:
The card title reads "
??" ("Ujadani" - "dani" means "tick" or "mite"). The first line (before the kanji kicks in) reads "?", which, according to Google, means, "The mites are everywhere." Not that I trust Google Translate by any means. 
Someone more knowledgeable will have to fill in the rest. Hope that helps. Somewhat. I tried Googling those phrases together in the hopes of finding the card written out with the kanji so I could throw it into a translator but couldn't find anything.
