I've been gone for months from this place, and it seems like it's now deserted. What happened to it? I still remember February 2010 like it was just yesterday, and this is the complete opposite of what became of that. NIWA definitely needs more advertisement, it can't just go like this forever...

Oh come on, no threads about this!? Well now there is one. The black and yellow Steelers from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania versus the well green Packers from Green Bay, Wisconsin.

I'm all for Steelers this time around. I know odds are stacked, but I was from Pennsylvania, and I've been rooting for them all season. Can't just switch sides now. Besides, there's that song...

This is the thread for helping out people who have trouble with Nintendo games.

Here, you try to show somebody how you're a bigger nerd than them by saying why in this thread.

For example:

Person A: I'm a bigger nerd because I play Mario
Person B: I'm a bigger nerd because I have played all Mario games

Just two things though, these don't have to relate to the above post, nor do these have to be serious. So have fun!

I'm going to bring the Mafia games over to this forum, each one based on a certain NIWA wiki's subject! I'm starting with one based on the most popular series first, Mario.

What is Mafia you ask? Mafia is a game based on factions and a day/night system. There are two major factions, the innocents and the Mafia. The Mafia is the minority, they kill somebody each night. The innocents are the majority, they are trying to kill the Mafia by using a lynching system. There are a bunch of roles for each faction, each represented by a certain user who signed up. The only person informed about the role is the one who gets it, me, the cop, and maybe others. There may even be another faction or even independents in the game as well. Nobody knows what will happen.

Lynching is the main method of the game. Each day, everybody will vote to see how they think is Mafia. Lynching might also be a good way to catch the Mafia as well, it involves a bunch of strategy.

How should we deal with wikis about companies (such as NintendoWiki, who may in turn sprout HAL Laboratory wikis or more), brands (such as the Touch! Generations one), or series with sub-series (Mario prime example). Would we deal with them all like with what we did with DK Wiki and Mario Wiki, or should there be another way to go with this?

It seems like a good question considering NIWA has just past one of it's highest rising phases, one that may be repeated or surpassed one day.

For some reason I am blocked on NintendoWiki for 3 days because of autoblocking. Apparently, I share an IP address with a blocked user (which is just a cause of a different glitch) and thus I can't edit any pages.

I think that it is an issue with everyone, as no edits from non-admins have been made since the block.

In this thread, you just edit the post above you. You can make it humorous if you want, and the changes can be subtle or major.

The next person edits this post, and then the next poster edits theirs, and the next poster edits theirs, etc.

EXAMPLE, Person 1 posts:

DSFSDF

I can't believe that.

Then Person 2 would respond to the part NOT in the quotes (it would be erased), so they would put,

The chicken eats that

Eats what?


And that's how it goes.

Has anyone here watched the Family Matters show? The show that had a character that was probably more popular than the show itself?

I remember an episode where there's a civilization of small blue one, and it involved gold.

Does anybody here watch Tom and Jerry? I really like the episodes, and the probable attempts of catching Tom give me ideas I could use in the future.

I think the Chibi-Robo series could use a representer. It is a great series, and it'll definitely be bigger if it had a representing in this series.

Well, as long as we're creating threads for TV shows, I'll put one for the Office!

It's quality has been varying from season to season, and I have to say the last one is not that great.

What's your favorite event in the games? This could range from those events that happen during holidays to the random appearances of some characters or shops.

For me, I've never played any Animal Crossing game so I'll just say Thanksgiving's event.

What type of series do you think Nintendo should try to make next? This thread doesn't include sub-series of other franchises.

I personally don't know what they could try next, but I hope for something involving growing.

What do you think of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series? I personally liked the second ones the best, they're my favorite games of the whole Pokémon series.

What's your favorite enemy? There's only like 500 to choose from. Mine is the insane cultist, the crazy blue people brainwashed by that statue.

I personally think it won't happen. The creator himself said he wouldn't plan to make another one.
