If it does not want to join, then why is it being discussed?

Why work separately and compete with each other when you have the ability to work together to achieve the same goal? :eekdance: Just sayin' ;)
Ahmlink (and any other users on Wicarus and/or Icaruspedia) are welcome to contribute on Kid Icarus Wiki.

Well, if all merged into an independent (not advanced crap), then the wiki that this is about would be ready to be a NIWA member. NIWA does not care if it is advanced hosting- it is not independent. I strongly support a merge, but it would mean them leaving Wikkii and going to be independent with Wicarus.

NIWA Discussion / Re: Merger/NIWA
« on: February 17, 2011, 02:31:18 AM »
Wicarus simply offers nothing to Kid Icarus Wiki as far as a merge goes. Wicarus has a total of nine pages of actual content, and it has shown no serious signs of growth in recent weeks. The closest thing to growth that Wicarus has seen is an influx of spam (some of which remains on the wiki).

Kid Icarus Wiki has already collaborated with several other Kid Icarus projects, and it has a fairly high Google Page Rank. Kid Icarus Wiki is just more developed, and a merge would seem counter-productive. I'd rather not attract all their spammers. I may be open to persuasion, but it'll take more than a flashy main page.

Of course, neither of our wikis is part of NIWA. As such, it would be best to avoid talks of our wiki on the NIWA forums. It would be disastrous if someone mistook either of our wikis as part of the organization when, in fact, the opposite is true.

It sounds if you do not support independence and/or a merge. Also, it sounds like you are referring to Kid Icarus Wiki as your own, when wikis are not property; only their server and domain name and crap like that are. Anyways, a merge would be great, but i do not like the current skin... dkpat?

Other Media / Re: The Official Internet Thread

Well, Serebii of course. And Zelda Dungeon. Facebook, my mail, and this/wikis are other ones I go to. I also sometimes check my school site to see if it is closed for some weird reason like a holy day or some random boulder fell on it. I get my hopes up too much. *sigh*

And when I get bored of those, I wander amelessly around the internet. The sites mentioned above and Wikipedia are among my favorites. But recently, WP has had a lot of stuff on death, so I check there more now...

COOKIES!!!!! ;D

Anyways, if it is 100% legal, then of course let them join. If it is not 100% legal, or there are debates about it, then no.

Affiliation at least for the DQ wiki. It looks like a large wiki and is practically Nintendo. Is it a second party game? Not sure if that is a correct term, but if it is, would those wikis be allowed in, as they are Nintendo

Congrats on finding a working template. I enjoy borrowing templates myself, which is how I create all templates. I usually use other templates I made if it is similar, though.

BP has the remakes in <!-- and -->'s, so they think it will happen. And I think that Gen 4 and later suck.
