Link/Toon Link, Zelda, Ike, Marth, Kirby and Samus (in that order) are probably the ones i use most frequently, though I enjoy playing as most characters.

pichu on melee is pretty good (especially agility) pikachu i rule with and mario i'm okay with. Roy on melee is good too.

Lucas is good too i use him sometimes. He probably has one of the strongest up smashes.

In terms of KO percentage, it is the second strongest. However, being 7th in knockback scaling, other u-smashes can KO faster on stages with higher ceilings, and when you factor in DI and momentum cancelling.

Although, I'm best at Toon Link, Pikachu, Zero Suit Samus, Pit, Meta Knight, Fox, Jigglypuff, Pokemon Trainer, Lucario, Luigi, Ike and Marth. Those are most of my mains. Pretty much any character I'm good at and have a strategy with.
