The game will be released in two versions: retailer, and special version. The special version will feature an artbook, and a mini soundtrack, featuring seven tracks from the game.

Nobuo Uematsu's label Dog Ear Records will publish The Last Story Original Soundtrack, and it will be released on February 23, 2011. It come with three disks containing forty tracks.
