The games project exists to catalog and index every game that is:

  • Developed by Nintendo (at least in part)
  • Published by Nintendo (in at least one marketing region)
  • Owned by Nintendo (at least in part)
  • Or involved Nintendo in some way, shape or form.

Similar to how Bulbapedia catalogs Pokémon.

Covered in each article

Series

Each game can belong to one of more series, whether they be an established Franchise, a recognized collection of independently related games, or an unrecognized group of notable titles.

each series gets a navigation template, to be seen close to the bottom of the article.

Ports and remakes

If a game has been ported and/or remade 3 or more times.

Relations to other games

if a game is related by story, connectivity or something else (not including ports or remakes) to 3 or more games.

1st and 2nd-party games
