What band instrument do you play?

What instrument do/did you play in band class? I play clarinet and saxophone.

I played the flute at my school's wind ensemble. I played for six years but sadly I had to sell my flute two years ago because of money issues. If I ever get the money to buy another flute, I'd do so in a heartbeat.

I play violin in my school's orchestra, and sing baritone in the vocal ensemble, but I'm not in the band

When I was younger, I played the violin for orchestra. But I quit a year and a half later because I didn't enjoy it much.

Cello all the way! For the local chamber orchestra; it's a ton of fun. Also, does piano count? I play it occcassionally but that's also one of my favorite instruments.

How long've you guys been playing, too? I've been doing both piano & cello for many years now.

Viola in my High School's Orchestra, but I've been out of highschool for a long time...

I still do occasionally play my Viola.

when i was in middle school, i played the clarinet. i didn't take band in grade nine but in grade ten i switched to the flute, but in like november or december the teacher held auditions for percussion (why she didn't just pick at the beginning of the year is beyond me) but anyways i got picked so i played the drums for the rest of the year. i stopped taking band after that so i don't really consider myself as really able to play any instrument. :/

I play most percussion instruments. Snare, bass, junk like that. I don't do half bad on a drum set either. I play piano, bells, xylophone, the likes. And I also play guitar But man I haven't picked up any of those instruments in like years.
