Smash Table Tennis is a table tennis-themed sports game, released exclusively in Japan for the Famicom Disk System by Nintendo as part of the system's launch in May 1987. The game is a home console port of the arcade game Konami's Ping Pong, originally released by Konami in 1985. The game would not be released outside of Japan until 2009, when it was released in the PAL region for the Wii Virtual Console service.
