Mini Racers, also known as Surikka Rajikka is a cancelled game for Nintendo 64. Additionally, a similar game and tech demo was in development (possibly related to this game), known as Tamiya Racing (Tamiya is a remote-control car producer).
Summary
The game featured small remote-control vehicles and was a multiplayer focused racing game. A track editor was also intended for the game. In 2012, a ROM image of the game as Mini Racers and a Tamiya Racing ROM was leaked online.
