Pokémon Masters EX, formally known as Pokémon Masters is a free-to-start mobile game in the Pokémon series.
Blurb
Start a new adventure in the Pokémon world! Explore the all-new island of Pasio!
There’s a tournament of 3-on-3 battles being held on Pasio called the Pokémon Masters League. Aim to become its champion as you battle with famous Trainers and make a dream team of friends on the way!
Form a team with three Trainers and their Pokémon to target your opponents' weaknesses and deal big damage!
Enjoy co-op play with friends all around the world! In co-op play, three players team up for fun, exciting battles! Work together to emerge victorious!
Gameplay
The game features a Trainer who goes to battle other famous Pokémon Trainers in 3 v 3 battles.
Unlike the core games, battling works in a different way as a real-time system, so players with faster inputs may have an advantage.
In addition to collecting Pokémon, the player can also collect Trainers to battle with the player, who can then form Sync Pairs (a certain matching Pokémon and Trainer).
There is a story mode in which the player must confront an evil team called Team Break set on the island Pasio. In this mode the player also competes in a championship tournament called the Pokémon Masters League.
