Summary
Other than improved color graphics, a special Color Dungeon for winning tunics and a photo-printing character was added to the game. The photo-printing character can be used to print with the Game Boy Printer.
Release data
There is both an English v1.0 and v1.1 internal revision with unknown changes.
This game was also released for Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console. Other than the changes (including Restore Points) introduced with the official emulator options, the Virtual Console releases of the game use a patched ROM that removes the Game Boy Printer option and removes fortune telling text referencing the multiplayer features, as they are not supported in this version.
